ORDERS
Orders may be placed online via our website at www.luxekeyelements.com
Our on line shopping hours are open 24 / 7 and can be placed at any time.
Our hours of business are 10: am to 5: pm Standard pacific time.
Luxe Key Elements reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse sales placed
by a customer who violates any of the sites conditions, or as otherwise determined by Luxe key Elements.
FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
All keys are custom made to order which are custom cast and hand finished by our Jewelers.
We require full payment in advance to process your custom order.
Orders take about 4 to 6 weeks to produce and ship.
For custom orders outside the USA we may request that you send us your original key before placing an order on our website.
Once we determine that it’s possible to cast your key there may be a surcharge of $300 or more, US dollars to cover the cost.
See Fulfillment of orders for more details. There there are keyways that are not considered common. In some cases, it’s possible
that we may not be able to adapt an uncommon key to fit our luxury keys.
If you should need your order sooner, we may be able to put a rush on your order for an additional fee of $100.
Please note your request in our comments section when ordering. A sales representative will let you know if the rush has been
approved and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
It is possible that your order may be completed before the allotted time window.
Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. All customers receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders placed during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders may possibly take longer than the
allotted time window. Our sales representative will notify the customer via email in this case.
SHIPPING
Luxe Key Elements offers flat rate shipping. A signature is required by our company for any order of $700 or more.
Please be aware that Luxe Key Elements is not liable for lost shipments when tracking shows as being delivered.
We are also not responsible for any delayed delivery of packages in which the customer is not available for signature upon arrival,
or any unpredictable weather or technical issue with the shipping company. If the package is sent back to our company for any of
these reasons customer will be charged a re-shipment fee to resend the order.
FEDEX GROUND
We offer free shipping for all ground packages shipped in the USA .
This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
2nd DAY AIR is $30.
FEDEX OVERNIGHT is $35.
FEDEX INTERNATIONAL is $100.
All FedEx International shipments are shipped the fastest way possible.
All International shipments: Taxes and duties will be calculated in Check Out.
We are not responsible for any delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related conditions.
We also do not use customers shipping accounts.
Multiple shipments within one order:
It is possible that part of your order will be ready much sooner than other Items.
We will automatically ship your items that are ready. If you wish for us to hold your
items and send as 1 shipment, this must be noted at the time your order is placed.
SECURE PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders.
Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
OUR LUXE JEWELRY KEY
Our luxe Keys collection is offered in 14k /18k Yellow, Rose, or White Gold as well as Sterling Silver.
The blade of our luxe keys are made with Yellow Gold, Rose or White Gold and Sterling Silver.
All luxe keys ordered in 14k/18k Gold have a key blade made with 14k/18k Gold.
All luxe keys ordered in 14k/18k White Gold have a key blade made with 14k/18k White Gold.
All luxe keys ordered in 14k/18k Rose Gold have a key blade made with 14k/18k Rose Gold.
All luxe keys ordered in Sterling Silver have a key blade of made with sterling silver.
MONOGRAMING
Monograming is only available on Items that show a monogram in photo.
Our site will prompt you to make your choice of letters.
ENGRAVING
Engraving is only available on Items that show engraving in photo.

All of our keys come in our Silver logo gift box.
Sorry we do not offer gift wrapping.
RETURNS
Because our luxe keys are custom made to order, all sales are final and therefore we do not except returns or exchanges.
INFORMATION OF OUR SITE
We at Luxe Key Elements try to ensure that our website information is as accurate and complete as possible. We cannot ensure that our website is free from human and, or technical errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and we reserve the right to change or update information at any time without notice. If any of our products listed price is lower than it’s actual price we will contact you prior to processing your order and confirm the new price. If you decide not to continue with your order, it will be canceled and a refund will be issued. We do not honor inaccurate or incorrect pricing.
We do not negotiate prices of our product.
PRODUCT IMAGES
All products are shot, showing as much detail as possible, they may appear larger or smaller than the actual size. Computer monitors have different settings which can change the actual color of stones and metal color items.
All weight provided for precious and non- precious stones are carat weight and can be within .05 carats of stated weight.
ORDERING YOUR LUXE KEY
The keys may be ordered on our website. We require that you properly identify your key to ensure that it is an exact match. We also must require that your key be sent to us. Simply look on your key. You will see the name of the original manufacture and or a style number.
If you have a copy of your key simply check for the name style number of your copy. Our website will prompt you to identify your key.
When ready to order you will find the appropriate window with a drop box and our website will prompt you to identify your key type.
If you cannot see your key manufacture or style number and cannot match your key to our listing you will find blank area to write your key manufacture’s name and style number.
GIFTING KEY ORDERS
If you have received your key as a gift, and your blade has not been made to fit your lock yet, we will complimentary match your new
luxe key to fit your lock. Please note that the allotted window of time is 90 days, which must be sent along with a gift purchase order number, which will included in your jewelry box. Please fill out the form that’s included in your gift box:
Include your form along with the key for which to you want to match your lock.
Sending your key to match your lock. Before sending your key, first check to make sure that the key is the correct key for which
want the match. Test your key in the lock to make sure it turns to lock and unlock.

SENDING YOUR KEY

We require that a copy of your order is included with your key. Your key must be sent to our company within 5 business days of your order confirmation and will not go into production until we have received your key and copy of your order.

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
After your order has been completed and it’s been confirmed, your custom key is then on the way to production. Once your custom key order is finished we then cut your key on an advanced precision laser key cutting machine which makes perfect precision key copies unlike the average machines.
The key head is free from the blade and is protected so as not to damage your jewelry key. We offer this service to insure a perfect copy of your original key blade. Because our Key cutting machine makes only a precise copy we can assume your key will be a perfect match. We are not responsible if for some reason the key will not fit, it can only be that the key was meant for a different lock. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.
SERVICING YOUR KEY TO MATCH A NEW LOCK
Our luxe keys have been designed so that the your key can be changed to fit a new lock key in the future.
If you already own one or more of our luxe keys and find that you would like to have your key fit a new or different lock or
if you accidently sent the us a different key way by mistake, you may order us to make a new keyway on our website.
We are the sole manufacture of our custom keys for which we hold a patent.
Our unique keys require special care to ensure your key cannot be damaged easily and so we require your key to be sent to us.
Our website will prompt you to Identify your keyway.
After your key bade order has been confirmed we require that :

We provide a service to our customers by making custom keys that are then cut from an original or copy of your key to insure your custom key is properly cut. It is your responsibility to send your key with secure tracking. Luxe Key Elements is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur regarding any of your personal possessions and or property. Your personal property is solely your responsibility. The following are examples of incidents for which Luxe Key Elements has no responsibility: Burglary, lost or stolen possessions and is not liable.
