Because our keys are unique, they require special care and cannot be serviced outside our company. The giftee will find instructions in their gift box on how and where to send us their key to be serviced.

HOW to IDENTIFY YOUR KEY

We require that you properly identify your key
to insure that it is an exact match

  • Simply look on your key. You will see the name of the original manufacture and or a letters and numbers.
  • If you have a copy of your key simply check for the name, letters and number of your copy.
  • If you cannot see your key manufacture or style number you will find a blank area at the bottom of the list to write your key manufacture's name, letters and numbers.
